At Adorella, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Sale items may not be eligible for return.
If you’re unsure, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
